Programme Overview & Objectives
The 3-year B.Sc. programme under Four Year Undergraduate Programme (FYUP) has been designed in view of NEP 2020 with a semester approach in mind. It aims to provide high quality higher education in multidisciplinary subjects, offering a broad-spectrum exposure to theoretical and practical science concepts.
Learners pursuing this programme will be able to:
- Foster deep interest in learning Science subjects.
- Develop broad and balanced knowledge and understanding of definitions, concepts, and theorems.
- Enhance the ability to apply science principles to solve specific theoretical and applied problems.
- Familiarize with suitable learning methods to handle laboratory and scientific issues.
- Develop a range of generic skills helpful in employment, internships, and social activities.
Important Guidelines Regarding Course Credits
Compulsory Lab Disciplines (Botany, Chemistry, Geology, Physics, Zoology):
Har subject area mein 6 Credit Course hota hai, jo 4 Credits Theory aur 2 Credits Laboratory Course ka combination hai. Dono ko sath lena compulsory hai.

Mathematics Discipline: Isme kisi tarah ka compulsory laboratory work nahi hota, isliye yeh pure 6 Credits ka ek single course hota hai.
Fee Structure: Rs.6300/- per year Plus Registration Fee & Development Fee as applicable
Geography Discipline: Kuch subject areas mein laboratory work compulsory hota hai (4 Credits Theory + 2 Credits Lab) aur kuch areas bina lab work ke pure 6 Credits ke hote hain.

Candidates have full freedom to select any combination of three disciplines out of the following 7 choices:

B.Ed karne ke baad aap School Teacher ban sakte hain, ya CSIR NET / GATE clear karke scientific research labs mein research career bana sakte hain.
ADMISSION REQUIREMENT
Candidates must have passed 10+2 (or equivalent) with Science subjects to secure admission in this multi-disciplinary B.Sc. framework.
