The BAFFSM is India’s first-of-its-kind job-oriented degree program designed to prepare learners for the rapidly growing Facility Management industry. This profession integrates people, place, process, and technology to ensure the functionality, safety, and efficiency of the built environment. According to IFMA, this field is practiced by over 25 million people globally, with roles ranging from property management and budgeting to maintaining equipment.

Following the NEP Modular Approach, this program offers multiple entries and exits, providing students with the basic knowledge and skills required to manage health facilities, sports complexes, airports, malls, and monuments.

BAFFSM भारत का अपनी तरह का पहला डिग्री प्रोग्राम है जो आपको फैसिलिटी मैनेजमेंट के क्षेत्र में करियर के लिए तैयार करता है। यह पेशा लोगों, स्थानों, प्रक्रियाओं और तकनीक को जोड़ता है ताकि निर्मित वातावरण (Built Environment) की कार्यक्षमता, सुरक्षा और दक्षता सुनिश्चित की जा सके। वर्तमान में वैश्विक स्तर पर 2.5 करोड़ से अधिक लोग इस क्षेत्र से जुड़े हैं।

यह एक रोजगार-उन्मुख (Job-oriented) कार्यक्रम है, जिसे NEP के तहत मल्टीपल एंट्री और एग्जिट विकल्पों के साथ डिजाइन किया गया है। यह छात्रों को रियल एस्टेट, रेजिडेंस, मॉल, स्मारकों, हवाई अड्डों और स्वास्थ्य सुविधाओं के प्रबंधन के लिए आवश्यक कौशल प्रदान करता है।
